Performance "Westwood: punk, icon, activist"

The performance was dedicated to the film "Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist" premiere In the very first cinema in the city. We re-created the atmosphere of the Central Saint Martins, which was the birthplace of the punk style. Vivienne Westwood is not only a powerful example for me, she is a specific person with whom I had the honour to work for as a model. One of my favourite collections by Vivienne Westwood is Spring / Summer 2007.She took inspiration from children's drawings and used them in prints on fabrics and in the design of the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week. In my performance I wanted to expand on this topic. We have teamed up with the Children Paint project and a very talented calligrapher Roma Bantik. Together we decided to create a large-scale canvas for the show. I was sewing the dress on the model, while Roma was painting it at the same moment.
